Ongoing treatment-team coordination for a calendar month: outreach to each member of your treatment team for whom a signed release of information is on file, as often as weekly. Paid once at the start of each month in which you would like consultations to take place, in place of the per-contact fee. Months without a retainer are billed per contact.
Treatment-team coordination is billed one of two ways. A single contact with a member of your treatment team is charged at the per-consultation fee. For months in which you would like regular coordination, the monthly retainer covers outreach to each team member for whom a signed release of information is on file, as often as weekly, and is paid once at the start of the month. You choose month by month; months without a retainer are billed per contact.

No notice given
Full terms are set out in the financial agreement provided during onboarding. Fees are reviewed annually in November; ordinary changes take effect on 1 January with at least 60 days’ notice.
Insurance
Private pay, with superbills on request.
Zehn is private pay at launch and is not contracted with insurance plans. Superbills are available on request for clients who wish to seek possible out-of-network reimbursement. Reimbursement is determined by your plan and is not guaranteed.
A superbill is an itemized receipt containing the information most insurers require to consider an out-of-network claim. You submit it to your plan yourself, and your plan decides what, if anything, it reimburses.
