What this notice covers
This notice applies to zehntherapy.com — the public marketing website. It does not cover the secure client portal or electronic health record, which operate under their own agreements and under the practice’s Notice of Privacy Practices provided during onboarding.
Information collected through this website
The only information this website collects is what you choose to enter into the contact form:
- your name
- your email address and/or phone number
- your city, where provided
- your preferred contact method
- your general availability, where provided
- a short, general description of why you are reaching out
The form asks you not to include detailed medical, diagnostic, or sensitive clinical information, because the marketing website is not the appropriate place for it. Clinical intake takes place later, through the secure portal.
How that information is used
Inquiry information is used solely to respond to you and to arrange a consultation. It is not sold, and it is not used for advertising.
Analytics and advertising
This website does not carry advertising pixels, retargeting tags, or session-replay tools. The only measurement is Vercel Web Analytics, a cookieless service run by the site’s hosting provider that counts page views in aggregate: the page visited, the referring site, the country, and the device type. It sets no cookies, does not store IP addresses, and receives no form values, names, or health-related information. It cannot identify you or follow you to other websites.
No other analytics or advertising code is placed anywhere on the site, and nothing is measured inside the client portal, which is a separate secure system.

You may ask that an inquiry you submitted be deleted. Contact the practice to make that request.
