About this page

How this list is kept honest.

Every number and link here was checked against the organization’s own website on September 25, 2026. Only nonprofits, professional bodies, and public agencies are listed; no treatment company pays, or could pay, to appear.

Organizations change their hours, names, and numbers. If you find something out of date, or know a resource that belongs here, email hello@zehntherapy.com and it will be fixed.

Looking for therapy?

If you are looking for support with an eating disorder, ARFID, body image, or a related concern, you do not have to have everything figured out before reaching out. Therapy is a place to slow things down, understand what is happening, and work toward change at a pace that is collaborative and right for you.
